Gravity racks, also known as roller racks, are pallet storage racks in storage racks. Gravity racks are one of the derivatives of beam racks. The rack structure is similar to that of beam racks, except that roller tracks are installed on the beams, and the tracks are inclined at 3-5°. Pallet cargo is transported to the shelf inlet by a forklift, and the pallet automatically slides from the inlet to the pickup port at the other end by its own weight. Gravity racks are a first-in-first-out storage method.

Gravity racks are the most common type of rack in various domestic storage rack systems. The fully assembled structure in the form of column pieces + beams is simple and effective. Functional accessories such as partitions, steel layer plates (steel gratings), wire mesh layers, storage cage rails, and oil drum racks can be added according to the characteristics of the storage unit container equipment to meet the storage of cargo in different unit container equipment forms.

Structural description:
Gravity racks evolved from pallet racks, using roller tracks or bottom wheel pallets. They have the characteristics of heavy load-bearing capacity, wide range of height adaptability, mechanical access, high selection efficiency, etc., but the space utilization rate is average.

Features of racks:
1. Smooth operation, large load, low noise, and free adjustment of flow channel size, able to work normally in ultra-low temperature environment of -40℃.
2. Extremely small friction coefficient, excellent impact resistance, strong and not easy to break. In terms of chemical properties, it has good acid and alkali resistance and does not absorb moisture.
