Q: What's your Minimum Order Quantities?

A: MOQ are not required if we have sufficient inventory. If production is required, we can discuss MOQ on a customer-specific basis.

Q: Which certificate do you have?

A: We have quality control staff to inspect on the production line. All products must be inspected before delivery, we do in-line inspection and final inspection.

A: A 40% down payment is required before production begins, with the remaining 60% balance payable before shipping.

A: We can offer discounts, but the actual quantity must be determined first. Our prices are based on varying quantities and the amount of the discount is determined by the quantity. In addition, our prices are very competitive in the field.

 

Transportation section

Q: What's your shipping service?

A: Our services include vessel booking, cargo consolidation, customs clearance, preparation of shipping documents and delivery of goods at the port of shipment.

Q: What is your typical delivery period?

A: Standard products are usually within 12 working days, and customized products are usually within 15 working days.
