Manufacturing process of shelves
Common shelf manufacturing processes include cold rolling, hot rolling, bending, welding, spraying and so on.
1
The main materials for shelves include steel, aluminum, wood, and plastic. The procured raw materials should comply with Chinese standards and requirements to ensure the quality of the shelves.
2
Raw materials are cut to the required dimensions. Modern shelf production lines generally use CNC cutting machines to ensure precise cutting dimensions and high production efficiency.
3
The cut materials are stamped and bent to form various components of the shelf. The precision of stamping and bending has a significant impact on the stability and load-bearing capacity of the shelf.
4
The stamped and bent components are welded together. The quality of welding is a critical factor in the stability and safety of the shelf. Modern shelf production lines employ robotic welding to enhance welding quality and production efficiency.
5
Surface treatment of shelves includes derusting, spraying, etc. Derusting removes rust from the shelf surface, while spraying enhances the corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal of the shelf.
6
Assemble the various components to form a complete shelf. During assembly, attention should be paid to the assembly sequence and fastening methods of the components to ensure the stability and load-bearing capacity of the shelf.
